Dennis M. Galvin

Dennis Galvin founded this general practice firm in 1993, as an attorney with experience in a wide variety of matters.� Since establishing the Firm, he has become a leader in the area of Land Use Law, and currently serves as Assistant Counsel to the New Jersey Planning Officials.� His expertise has earned him the position of Instructor for Rutgers State University, in the courses known as �Introduction to Zoning Administration and Enforcement� and �Basic Review of the Municipal Land Use Law for Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment Members.�� Dennis Serves as the Zoning Board Attorney in Freehold Township, the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, and the City of Summit, as well as the Planning Board Attorney for the Township of Fairfield.
As the President of the Jackson Chamber of Commerce, Dennis is also acutely aware of the needs of the small businessperson.� With the assistance of his highly qualified associate, Dennis regularly creates corporations, agreements, and LLC agreements; negotiates commercial leases and land acquisitions; and develops strategies for obtaining necessary land use and governmental approvals.� Furthermore, Dennis is skilled in litigating such matters as well.
Dennis earned his Law Degree from Seton Hall Law School, and has been a member of the New Jersey Bar and U.S. District Court since 1987.� He is affiliated with the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Middlesex County and Ocean County Bar Associations, and the Institute of Municipal Attorneys.� He is the author of several law articles.
